How does Check-out work on the last day of camp?

On the last day of camp after opening ceremonies, Campers will check-out with their camp coach.  The camper's parent or legal guardian will sign them out with their camp coach.

For the Overnight Camps, what if my camper doesn't want to stay in the dorm?

We are no longer offering a 'Commuter' camp option for the overnight camps.  All campers will be required to stay in the dorm.  If you feel your camper is not ready to stay overnight in the dorm, then waiting until next year is the best option.

Are there Laundry facilities in the dorm?

Yes - Each Floor in the dorm has laundry facilities. They use a new payment system that requires downloading an app to operate the machines.  It is best to pack enough clothing to not have to do laundry.

Are there Athletic Trainers available at camp

YES - We will have a full staff of medical personnel on site and in the dorms.  They are available 24-hrs.

Do you offer Scholarships or financial assistance to attend camp

Due to NCAA Compliance rules, University camps are not allowed to provide financial assistance for camp attendance.

When is the balance due for camp?

The balance is due THREE weeks prior to camp. If you have set-up an automatic payment, the credit/ debit card you have on file will be charged 3 weeks prior to the start of camp.  If you don't have payment information set-up in your account, you will need to login and make your final payment 3

Campers who haven't paid in full by the 3-week deadline may be dropped from the camp session.

Which session is best suited for my particular camper's needs?

All of our sessions are Elite and Equal, which means we place the same high standards into each session, and try to make it easy for families to find the best session(s) to meet their family’s summer schedule.  And, because our camps are big, yet still maintaining an incredible 7:1 player to Staff ratio, we can group players based on their age, friends, and abilities.  Thus providing a great soccer experience for everyone!

I have siblings of the same gender attending camp. Can they room together?

Great Question!   Campers will room with other campers who are the same age and are on the same camp training team.

How many campers can room together in the Callaway House?

The Callaway House is a suite style dorm.  Each suite has living room area and kitchenette (with Full-Sized Refrigerator and microwave).  The bedrooms and bathrooms branch off from these areas in each Suite.

There are many different configurations of suites in the Callaway House.

4 Bedroom (with 2 beds per room)/ 2 Bathroom Suite: 8 total campers

2 Bedroom (with 2 beds per room)/ 1 Bathroom Suite: 4 total campers

2 Bedroom (with 2 bunk beds per room)/ 1 Bathroom Suite: 4 total campers

 

We spend a great deal of time making sure that we are able to get friends together in the same dorm suite for camp.

Which session is the best camp for the skill level of my child?

We run each of the overnight sessions exactly alike. And, because we have such a large number of campers (yet keep a great camper to staff ratio), we can seperate groups by age and ability (especially after the coaches have had a chance to get an ititial evaluation of the campers in action).

What is the Camper to Staff Ratio at the Texas A&M Soccer Camp?

It's the best in the nation - 7:1. And, the coaches are outstanding! Coach G and a group of top college, Professional, club, and High School coaches from across Texas, the USA, and abroad. Current College and Professional Players assist the head coaches, demonstrate all of the exercises, and help the campers in the dorm and to/from the field.

How can I insure that my child will get the suitemate he/she desires?

We know how important getting the right suitemate is for the camp experience.  To insure that campers get to room with specific suitemates, each camper should indicate their suitemate(s) preference during registration.   We will assign rooms the week prior to camp.

What airlines fly to College Station and can my child be picked up at the airport?

American Airlines flies in and out of College Station via DFW. We will provide complimentary transportation to/from the College Station Airport (CLL) on the first and last day of camp. Please fill out the transportation form HERE

What is the Refund Policy?

For Overnight Camps:


1. Payment in full or a $200 non-refundable deposit may be made with the initial registration for camp.
2. Payment in full must be received 3 weeks prior to the start of camp.
3. Cancellation of registration from the initial registration (or from the day of the initial online registration) until 7 days prior to the start of the camp session for which you sign up will result in a refund in the amount of your total payment minus the $200 non-refundable deposit.  No refunds within 7 days of camp.
4. All cancellation requests must be in writing.

Day and Academy Camp: (Future Aggies Day)


1. Payment in full is made with initial registration.
2. Payment in full must be received 3 weeks prior to the start of camp.
3. Cancellation of registration from the initial registration (or from the day of the initial online registration) until the start of the camp session for which you sign up will result in a refund in the amount of your total payment . 
4. All cancellation requests must be in writing.

Note: NCAA rules requires University camps to adhere to the stated refund policy.  Exceptions aren't allowed and would trigger a compliance violation on both the school and the camper.
